Jacko AI is a simple monthly subscription. Not a contract that auto-renews for a year while you are not looking, not a “call for a custom enterprise quote” maze. A monthly price, agreed up front, that you can walk away from any month you choose.
Some features consume resources as you use them: phone minutes, text messages, AI conversations. Instead of burying that in fine print, we walk you through exactly how usage works for a business your size before you start, so the second month’s bill looks like the first month’s conversation. No gotchas, no mystery line items.
If you are a Twin Shores marketing client, this page is even simpler: Jacko is included as part of your engagement. It is the platform we run every client on, so you are already using it.

Why are there no prices listed on this page?
Because the honest number depends on how your business will use the platform: call volume, message volume, how much of the AI Employee you want running. Publishing one number would either overcharge small shops or ambush busy ones with usage they did not expect. One call with the owner and you will have a real quote, in writing, before any commitment.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Jacko is month to month, like everything Twin Shores does. Long contracts exist because a company expects to lose you and wants paper to stop you leaving. We keep clients by being worth keeping.
What happens if I cancel?
You stop paying, and you take your data with you: contacts, conversation history, everything, exported and handed over. No deletion threats, no exit fees, no holding your customer list hostage.
Is Jacko included if Twin Shores handles my marketing?
Yes. Every Twin Shores marketing engagement runs on Jacko, so agency clients get the platform as part of the relationship rather than as a separate software decision.
Can I get Jacko without hiring the agency?
Yes. Jacko is available as standalone software at getjacko.ai. Plenty of businesses start with the platform alone; some later add marketing help, some never do, and both are fine with us.
How does usage billing work?
Certain features, like phone minutes and text messages, are metered as you use them. Before you start, we estimate your realistic usage together and explain what it costs in plain English, so the bill is boring. If your usage pattern changes, we tell you before the invoice does.
