Why “Twin Shores”
We could invent a misty founding legend here. We won’t, because the truth is better and it’s ours.
The name starts where we did: Long Island, an island defined by its two shores. The North Shore and the South Shore are different worlds twenty minutes apart, and if you grew up here, both of them are home. Naming the company after them was our way of planting a flag: this is where we’re from, and we’re not pretending to be from anywhere else.
But the name carries a second meaning, and it’s the one we hire against. Every business relationship has two shores: yours and ours. Most agencies stand firmly on their own, protecting their contracts, their margins, and their exit. We built Twin Shores to stand on both. Your win has to be our win, or the whole thing is broken. That’s why you own every asset, why there are no long-term contracts, and why the owner’s cell number is part of the deal.
And there’s a third meaning we grew into: local roots, national reach. We started on one shore, ours, and today we serve family businesses on shores well beyond it: New York, Florida, Indiana, and points between. Long Island first. Nationwide always.
