How TextAPage works

Update your website with a text message. Here is every step.

Photos and a sentence go in by text. A finished, approved page comes out on your own website. This is what happens in between, start to finish.

The three steps, up close

  1. 1. You text a few photos and one sentence

Each business gets a dedicated number. A crew lead standing in a finished kitchen sends four photos and “Full kitchen remodel in Smithtown, quartz counters, new layout.” That is the whole input. No form, no portal to remember.

  2. 2. It writes the page from what is really there

The draft says only what the photos and your words support. If you did not mention a brand of cabinet, the page does not invent one. When a draft is thin, it waits and asks you for a little more instead of filling space with fluff.

  3. 3. You reply “publish”

You get the draft back to look over. Reply “publish” and it goes live. Ignore it and nothing happens. Nothing goes live without approval, ever.

What gets built when you say publish

A published job is more than a photo post. TextAPage files the page into a structure on your own website so each new job makes the whole site stronger:

  • The page lands under a town hub, so every Babylon job sits together with your other Babylon jobs
  • Internal links connect it to the right service and town pages
  • Schema markup tells search engines what the page is about
  • The job is plotted on a live map of your work, rounded to the town
  • Your licence line is added to the page automatically

That structure is why these pages can show up for searches like “roofers in Patchogue.” More on that on the ranking page.

If you can send a text with a picture, you already know how to use it.

Safety rails, built into every step

Privacy, automatically

Locations are rounded to the town and photo GPS data is stripped before anything is published. Your customer’s street never appears.

No invented claims

The page sticks to what your photos and words support. Thin drafts get held, not padded.

You hold the switch

Every page waits for your “publish.” Details on privacy and approval.

Who does the texting

  1. The owner

Many owners text from the driveway on the way to the next job. It takes about a minute.

  2. A crew lead

The person on site has the best photos. They text it in, you approve it.

  3. The agent

For real estate, the agent texts listing photos with the address, price, and beds and baths, and the listing page builds from that.

Questions about the process

How many photos should I send?

A few good ones: the finished result plus a detail shot or two. If there is not enough to write an honest page, it will ask you for more.

What if I want to change something in the draft?

Reply with the change before you say publish. The page does not go live until you approve it.

Where does the page actually live?

On your own website, organized by town. You own it, and it stays live even if you stop paying.

See it happen on a real job.

We will run the whole loop in front of you, photos to published page. Then you decide if it fits. Back to the TextAPage overview any time.

Pages on your own site. Customer privacy automatic. Nothing live without your approval.
