TextAPage for venues and events

Saturday’s event, recapped on your website before Monday’s tour.

Text the setup photos and a sentence when the room is ready, or the best shots after the last guest leaves. An event recap page goes up on your venue’s own website once you approve it. Every event becomes proof of what your space can do.

Couples and planners want to see the room full.

Your gallery shows the space empty, shot on the day the website launched. Meanwhile you host something every weekend: a rehearsal dinner with string lights, a company holiday party, a fundraiser gala with the tables pushed back for dancing. The person deciding between you and the place down the road wants to see exactly that.

Recap pages turn the events you already run into the portfolio you never had time to build, one weekend at a time.

The event coordinator already has the photos. One text puts them to work.

Before the event and after it

  1. Before: the setup page

The room an hour before doors open, when it looks its best and nobody is in the shot yet. “Garden ceremony setup, 120 chairs, arbor with white florals.” The cleanest kind of page for privacy, too.

  2. After: the recap page

The highlights once it is over: the first dance under the lights, the auction tables, the full patio. Quoted from what you text, with the photos you choose and the guests’ privacy in mind.

From the floor to the website

  1. Text the room

A few photos and a sentence: the kind of event, the layout, the season, anything a planner would ask about.

  2. It writes what is there

Only what the photos and your words support. No invented headcounts, no made-up menus. Thin drafts hold and ask for more.

  3. Reply “publish”

The page is live on your site. Turn on social posting and the same approval posts it to Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile.

Guests did not sign up to be marketing

Your hosts’ permission comes first

Use photos the way you already would: with the couple’s or the organizer’s OK, and with names only if they agreed. The page uses the names you text and nothing more.

You approve every page

If a shot should not be public, it never is. Nothing goes live without your “publish.”

Not a booking system

Recap pages do not sell tickets or hold dates. They send people to your inquiry form or contact page.

Venue questions

Does it work for restaurants with a private room?

Yes. Private dinners and buyouts are events too. Our restaurant marketing page covers the rest of the picture.

Can it promote an upcoming event?

Yes, if you text the details. The page says what you send, like the date and what is happening, and nothing it cannot back up. Opening a new space? See grand opening marketing.

Will guests’ faces end up online without permission?

Only photos you text and approve are published. Choosing photos with your hosts’ permission is up to you, and setup shots before doors open avoid the question entirely.
