TextAPage for auto dealers
A page for every car the day it rolls onto the lot.
Snap the trade-in or the fresh arrival, text the photos with the year, make, model and the details that matter. An arrival page goes up on your own dealership website, written from what you sent, after you approve it.

Your inventory feed lists cars. It does not tell anyone about them.
A clean one-owner trade comes in on Tuesday. Your feed turns it into a row of specs and a stock photo set, the same row every other lot has. The things your salesperson would say walking a customer around it, the new tires, the tow package, the fact that you sold it new to the same family six years ago, never make it online.
An arrival page is the walk-around, in writing, on your own site. It is the link you send to the customer who asked you to keep an eye out for exactly this truck.
The feed says it exists. The page says why it is worth a test drive.
Arrival pages, in one line
Lot to page in three texts
-
Walk around it with your phone
Front, side, interior, the detail worth noticing. Text them with one line: “2021 crossover, 31k miles, one owner, just serviced, new tires.”
-
It writes only what you sent
The page sticks to the photos and your words. It does not decode a VIN, guess a trim level or add options you did not mention.
-
Reply “publish”
The page goes live on your site. With social posting on, the same approval can post it to Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile as a fresh arrival.
Three pages a dealership sends most
- Just arrived. The trade-in or auction buy, before it is even through detail. First look for the customers who have been waiting.
- Delivery day. The keys handed over in front of the showroom. Only with the customer’s permission, and only with the names you choose to text.
- Service and detail work. A before and after from your shop or detail bay. Running a repair shop too? See auto repair marketing.
Each one lives on your website, not on a listing site, so the shopper who finds it is looking at your dealership and nobody else’s inventory.
Texted from the lot. Reviewed before it goes public.
Every page, every time
Honest limits
Not an inventory system
It does not replace your feed, your listing sites or your desking tools. It adds a page with a story to the cars you choose.
Pricing is yours to check
If you text a price, it goes on the page as texted. Advertising rules for dealers vary by state, so you review every page before it is public.
Sold means update
Sold within a few days? Text UPDATE and say so: same page, same address, same approval. Older pages, your account manager updates. See how updates work.
Dealer questions
Can my salespeople text cars in?
Yes. Anyone you set up can text a vehicle in. Nothing goes live until the person you choose replies “publish.”
Will it pull specs from the VIN?
No. The page says only what your photos and your words support. If you want the trim or options on the page, put them in the text.
Does it make our ads compliant?
We do not claim that. Compliance checks run on every draft, but you review and approve every page, and dealer advertising rules are yours to apply.
Put this week’s arrivals on your own site.
Bring a car from your lot to the demo, in photos, and watch it become a page. More on showcase pages or the TextAPage overview.
