The honest comparison, including when your pile is fine.

The questions everyone asks

Is Jacko hard to set up?

Not for you, because setup is our job, done with you rather than dumped on you. We gather your services, hours, service area, FAQs, and the way your business talks to customers, load Jacko with it, and test it together before anything goes live. If you can answer questions about your own business over coffee, you can get through Jacko setup.

Will it sound like a robot on the phone?

The voices are natural and the responses are quick; most callers just experience a competent front desk. But we do not build tricks: if a caller asks whether they are talking to an AI, Jacko says yes, and anyone can ask for a human at any time. Sounding good matters. Being honest matters more.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Three guardrails. First, Jacko only answers from business knowledge you approved, so it cannot improvise your prices or policies. Second, every client starts in suggestive mode: the AI drafts, a human approves, until you decide it has earned autopilot. Third, escalation to a real person is configured from day one, on every channel. When a miss happens anyway, we treat it like training a new employee: fix the knowledge, and it does not repeat.

Do I own my data?

Yes, without asterisks. Your contacts, conversations, reviews, and reports belong to you, and you can export them any time, including on your way out the door. Twin Shores does not do hostages, in marketing or in software.

Can I keep my phone number?

Yes. Your existing number stays yours. Calls route into Jacko for after-hours, overflow, or all-day answering, whichever fits your business, and if you ever leave, your number leaves with you.

Does it replace my staff?

No. Jacko covers the hours and overflow your people physically cannot: the 9pm call, the third line ringing at once, the DM that arrives during dinner rush. Your staff keeps the judgment calls, the complicated customers, and the in-person work. Most teams feel the difference as fewer interruptions, not fewer jobs.

Do I need to be technical to use it?

No. We handle the setup, the automations are written in plain English you can read aloud, and the day-to-day lives in an app on your phone. If something confuses you, you call us and a person explains it.

What languages does it speak?

More than two dozen, on the phone and in text. If a chunk of your customers are more comfortable in Spanish, or Polish, or Portuguese, Jacko meets them there.

Can I use Jacko without being a Twin Shores marketing client?

Yes. Jacko is standalone software, available on its own at getjacko.ai. Our marketing clients get it included in their engagement, but the platform does not require the agency.

What does it cost?

A simple monthly subscription, month to month, cancel anytime, with usage explained before you start. The honest number depends on your call and message volume, so we quote it in one conversation. The full model is on the pricing page.

Still have a question? Good. Ask it.
